Started by female founders, Rei and Melanie, Heed Foods set out to create a premium dog food brand. Working with leading canine microbiologists and animal nutritionists, Heed Foods developed a range of healthy, high quality kibble that would do good for dogs, inside and out.

As a new brand on the market, Heed Foods needed to quickly establish a strong social presence to create product awareness.

Michelle played a pivotal role as one of Heed's initial creative consultants, initiating with a social strategy aimed at defining what sets Heed Foods apart as a superior and healthier choice for dog owners. With a comprehensive narrative and strategy established, Michelle collaborated with a team of freelance photographers and stylists for a two-day photoshoot featuring real dog owners and their canine companions, aimed at generating assets for their launch. During the shoot, they captured playful and candid moments of the dogs, showcasing their individual personalities and quirks.

The outcome was authentic content and a robust portfolio of product photography, effectively conveying the brand's affection for dogs and dedication to their customers. With a established social strategy and visual framework, Heed's social team is poised to produce additional assets and enhance brand awareness.
